SHIPPING FISH, CORALS, AND INVERTEBRATES

All livestock ordered between Monday and Sunday will ship out the following Tuesday or Wednesday. For example, livestock ordered between Monday the 1st and Sunday the 7th would ship out on Tuesday the 8th or Wednesday the 9th.

For the health and safety of our livestock we only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We’re unable to hold livestock longer than one week.

All livestock is part of our Arrive Alive + 72 Hour Guarantee. We must be notified within 72 hours of any issues or we will be unable to process your claim.

Livestock can be fragile. If your animal does not meet our standards at the time your shipment is being packed, we will notify you and give you a credit toward another piece of livestock. Our goal is to provide you with the healthiest livestock possible, and we’ll do our best to ensure it gets to you safely.

Cash refunds are not available for livestock, only credit toward other livestock.


Local pick-up: Our online stocklist may be different than what’s available for in-store pickup. Please call 385-800-6711 for in-store availability. You may order livestock online for local pick-up, and your order will be ready for pick up the following Tuesday or Wednesday after it’s placed.

We've had great success shipping with UPS Next Day Air, with arrival by 10:30 am the following business day.

We offer an Arrive Alive + 72 Hour Guarantee on all livestock purchases.

We do not ship on Thursdays for Friday delivery or Friday for Saturday delivery, because if a shipment is delayed it won't arrive until Monday. 

 

Free shipping- All orders with a combined livestock total of $299+ qualify for free shipping. You will automatically get free shipping if your order totals over $299.

Can I combine shipping for auction wins?

Yes!

When your box is shipped we will add all items to it across all unshipped orders.

 

Can I combine auction wins and non-auction items from the site? 

Yes! 

All items will be shipped together.

 

What carrier do you ship with? 

We ship UPS Next Day Air for all fish, corals, and invertebrates; the package is guaranteed to arrive no later than 10:30 am to most places.

 

Do you guarantee corals will arrive alive? 

YES! We are confident in the quality and health of our frags, fish, and invertebrates and want you to be too. With our Arrive Alive + 72 Hour Guarantee we guarantee that your livestock will get to you safely and stay alive in your tank for at least 72 hours. If not, you'll get a credit for the purchase price of the animal to use on a future purchase. It's that easy.

In order to file a claim for our Arrive Alive + 72 Hour Guarantee, please be in contact with us as soon as you first notice a problem arising. Contacting us via email (shipping@coralscoral.com) will be the most reliable way to ensure your claim doesn't get lost. Our guarantee includes issues related to shipping delays such as weather, mechanical failures, lost packages, or other delivery issues outside of our control. You read that right.

To speed up the claim process, please provide us with the following:

  1. One or more clear photographs of the livestock you're filing a claim about
  2. Detailed description of what's going on with the livestock
  3. Anything you may have done up to this point to treat the livestock, including dips, medications, and placement.

It's imperative to contact us as soon as you first notice something isn't right. We may be able to help guide you to bring the frag back to full health. Also, the claim begins when you first let us know there's a problem. If you first contact us after 72 hours, we will be unable to process your claim.

We reserve the right to refuse claims at any time for any reason, or suspend our Arrive Alive + 72 Hour Guarantee without notice. However, we want our customers to be happy, and we will work with you to ensure your experience with Coral's Coral is a great one. Our goal is to provide you with healthy, colorful coral, fish, and inverts at a great price, and we will part the sea to do it.

*We do not offer cash refunds for livestock, only store credit that can be used toward of livestock. Livestock credit cannot be used for dry goods.

 

Do you ship corals internationally?

No. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship our corals or livestock internationally. We do however ship our dry goods (Coral's Coral Lens, SolaRay 4k Sphere LED Light, Shirts, Coral's Coral Glue, etc.) internationally for an additional fee. 

 

Can you ship live corals?

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

Your box should arrive no later than 10:30 am to most locations the day after it's shipped. If your order doesn’t arrive on time please contact us at shipping@coralscoral.com.

We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. On Tuesday we will ship as many orders as we can, and whatever we don't get to on Tuesday we will ship out on Wednesday. Please check your email for tracking on Tuesday or Wednesday and be prepared to receive your livestock the following morning.

 

Will I receive tracking info for my order? 

You should receive an email with tracking info after we create a shipping label. If you haven’t received an email by 6pm MST the night before it is supposed to arrive please check your promotions, social, and spam folders before messaging us. 

 

Do you offer local/in-store pick up?

Yes. We are located at 70 S 300 E, American Fork, UT 84003 and are open Monday - Saturday 11 am to 8 pm. Come on in and pick up your winnings!
