72 Hour Arrive Alive Guarantee. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your livestock with a clear picture of the item in question, and we will issue you a credit or replacement on your next order. We do not cover shipping charges on replacement orders unless more is added to meet the $299 free shipping threshold. We are very easy to work with on DOAs if contacted within 72 hours, however we reserve the right to deny a credit to anyone if we feel our guarantee is being abused.

We do not offer refunds on dry goods.
